Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Deposit requirements vary by service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
